I hope this message finds you well. We wanted to inform you of a new office policy that will take effect on May 1, 2023. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment, but unfortunately, we have been experiencing an increasing number of missed Saturday appointments without prior notice.
To address this issue, we have decided to implement a $25 no-show fee for missed Saturday appointments that are not canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This fee will help us to better manage our schedule and ensure that we can continue to provide you with the best service possible.

The phone lines will not be answered from 12:30 to 2pm while our staff is at lunch. Our office will be open for pick-ups only at that time.
